Account disabled

Hello

 

I am trying to enrol but my account says it's disabled when I log on. I just graduated in 2021 but I am trying to enrol into another program. My old password still works, the new password to enrol doesn't work. How do I go about emailing IT without a functioning student account?

 

I will call on Thursday.
