Cannot access

As the title states I cannot access, which means I have no access to tech support, or some HR forms that I need. Instead I just get the error message below.


I'm using Safari on OSX. I've tried logging into and out of my student and staff accounts, deleting cookies, and I have made sure that Safari isn't blocking cookies from anywhere.


Any ideas?

Thank you for raising this. 

I have just tested this myself on Safari, on an RMIT Mac and am having the same issue, and so have raised this as an issue with the relevant IT support team.

As a workaround, I can confirm that I have been able to use the Service & Support portal with Chrome, so this might be the best option until the Safari issue can be resolved.


*** UPDATE ***


I've confirmed with ITS that the issue is exoected to be resolved with an upcoming patch. There is no fixed date for this patch, though the ETA I was given was within a few months.

As per the earlier comment, the issue only affects Safari (and even then, only certain versions of Safari) and so the recommended workaround is to use another browser (eg. Chrome)
