Cannot log in to MyRmit

Hi, 

I cannot log in to MyRmit port. 

I have tried to reset my password and the new password works fine in logging in Canvas and Email, just not Myrmit. It says my student ID or password is invalid. I have tried many times, it still does not work. 

As I just finished my exams for my last semester, is that because I cannot use my student ID anymore?

Could someone please help me with this?
