Chrome Tip - Open last closed tab

Quick tip that I only learnt of a little while ago, how many times have you gone to click on a tab in chrome and accidentally closed it?

If you do this hit Ctrl + Shift + T (for Windows) or Command + Shift + T (for Mac) to open the last closed tab.

Cheers,

Don't forget that you can pin reguarly used tabs as well so they open automatically when you start Chrome!

Or if you really want to get fancy... check out these two awesome Google Chrome extensions called SimpleUndoRecents and SimpleUndoClose. They store all your open tabs and their histories in a list in case you accidentally close your browser.

If you're anything like me, then you've got a million tabs open and had no idea what you needed until you've closed them all...

Just a note, you'll need version 37 of Chrome or newer.

Cheers

You can also right click on any open tabs and there is a option to re-open closed tabs.

You can also use the middle-mouse button over a tab to instantly close it rather than tryint to line up the tiny little 'x' Smiley Very Happy
