This message will show you how to view other people's calendars in OWA.
Selecting a calendar
1. Right click Other Calendars in the left pane
2. Right click Open calendar
3. Enter a person's first name or surname in the From directory: box
4. Click on a new from the search results.
5. Click Open
The person's calendar will be displayed inaddition to your curent calendar.
Changing a calendar colour
6. If you wish to change the colour of a person's calendar, right click the calendar for the person, click Color and then select a colour from the palette.
The person's calendar wil be updated with the selected colour.
