I'd like to store my email address on a Ricoh device I use often so I don't have to key it in everytime I need to scan something. How can I do this?

On the Ricoh device:
1/ Press the User tools/counter physical button on the side of the touch screen.
2/ Tap Address book management on the touch screen
3/ Tap New program and note the registration number. You can use it later to quickly enter you email address for scanning
4/ Tag the Change button under the Name box and enter your name.
5/ Switch to the Email tab, tap Change and enter your email address
6/ Tap OK
When you next do a scan job you can press the Reg. No. button and enter the registration number noted in step 3 to quickly access your email address.

Just to clarify this inquiry: this function is only available to staff on Ricoh printers that are located in staff areas.
Students should not have access to this feature and should enter their email address (RMIT or otherwise) manually when they are wanting to scan and send items.
