ITS Software Requests



As Adobe CC has been removed from MyDesktop, replaced with individual accounts, only certain courses have access to it. As media production programs aren't included, I have emailed the program manager to ask ITS for access.


However, as students, we aren't really able to track the request.


How long on average does it take for ITS to process software requests, and is there a way to check if my program manager has logged the request?


Sorry if I sound like I'm impatient - it's just that I've been burned by requests not being processed properly in the past.
