Inquiry about printing issue at the level 7 building 8
Where can I contact directly for printing issue?
I had an printing issue yesterday at the level 7 buliding 8 using ploter that can print out big size.
One issue is that although printing cost was deducted from my printing account when I sent files to the ploter, it didn't print out.
Another is that although I recharged(added) credit to print out, credit amount was not added. In the meantime, I checked it via bank account history which showed recharging cost was pending. Thanks in advance for your comments.
