Locked out of account

Hi there, 

I've been having a problem on my account whereby I keep getting locked out of my account. This is a huge problem because I only ever use the computer after school hours at the lab and I can't exactly call anyone about it. I always try to reset my password but this time it didn't work and I'm really tired of this constantly happening. I hope you can help me and solve this issue because it's really giving me a hard time at university.
