Login details refusing to save after changing password?

I was asked to change my password recently as it was about to expire and haven't been able to save my login details for anything associated with my uni account such as connecting to the university wifi, logging into myapps etc. Google Chrome hasn't prompted me to save my passwords either.

Any help is appreciated!
