Hi, I downloaded Word 365 on to my brand new MacBook Pro but Microsoft now doesn't recognise my password. The RMIT arrangement doesn't allow me to make a new password and I am caught in a loop. The applications open on my computer but I get a message saying that I am not authorised to use them. Has anyone come across this before or got a solution?

The Service and Support Centre can arrange for your Office 365 (or Microsoft Online services) account password to be reset.
