I am in building 100 and have had trouble printing here since the beginning of semester. All to often the prints I select to release from a global printer do not print, although I have been charged every time. I understand that there will be some hiccups in this building given the move of A+D, however this is not good enough! I estimate at least $7-10 worth of wasted print credit due to these printers functioning irregularly, or not at all. I should not have to go to an entirely different building in order to print. Who should I contact in regards to being reimbursed for the printing credit I have lost?
