Printing services substandard

I think it is about time that RMIT tech or I.T staff fixed the printing issues throughout campus.  Sick of having printing queues dissapear at the expense of admin credit.  It's a blatant ripoff.  You need to rework your printer networks and calibrate the colors of the printers and keep it all up to date. We pay more than ever for these services and they are worse than ever and I personally don't have the time to waste on following up on issues like this.  Thank you in advance.  Please fix this rubbish set up and give us a service that we pay an arm and a leg for.
