Scroll function on HP Folio 9480m

HI team, can anyone  please let me know if there is a way to activate two finger scroll on a HP Folio 9480m laptop? I was able to do this on the previous model, the 9470 but cannot seem to do it on this one.

Hi @Andres and welcome to the community!

I've found this guide from HP which should work on that model.

Note that this guide actually explains how to enable/disable the touchpad, but you'll notice on "Step 5" that there is a checkbox for two-finger scrolling.

(I've attached a pic of this setting too).

Hi Andres,

I have noticed sometimes on these laptops that the touchpad drivers and software are not installed.

You can download the drivers from 

http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=7089928&swItemId=ob_149155_1&swEnvOid=406...

If you have admin rights you should be able to install that driver, once the installation is complete you will need to restart the laptop. Once that is done you should be able to follow the previous guide posted.

HI, thanks for following up but I was not able to fix the problem with that suggestion. Thank you for trying but it would seem like my laptop is not equipped with that hardware.

I am away but will try to ring IT to see if they can help with this once I'm back in Australia.
