Some commonly asked questions regarding passwords at RMIT:

When I enter my password I am getting a message which says ‘you have been locked out of your account’ - what do I do?

You will need to contact the Service and Support Centre for assistance. Once your password has been manually re-set, be sure to set up your self service details so you can enjoy the convenience of being able to change your password at any time.

Why is my password to the wireless 
network not working?

Check that your mobile device is using your current password. Every time you change your password, you need to remember to update your password in any mobile device you use to access the RMIT network.


If you still cannot connect to the wireless network with your mobile device, please contact the Service and Support Centre.
