Visio 2013 activation error
Hello, I have downloaded Office 365 and Visio earlier this year. Ive been using other applications in 365 and have had no issues until today when i need to do a floorplan. I would like to activate Visio but have received this error message, "the products we found in your account cannot be used to activate Visio". Is anyone else having an issue activating Visio or other Office 365 products? Is this a confusing way to say that I do not have access despite being able to download the software.
