failed to print - credit refund
On October 24th I tried to print 2 a0's on the colourwave700 on level 1 and $20 was deducted from my account, however the document did not print. One of the staff members there tried to print my document on her account, but the same problem occured. As it was during a busy week, I forgot to enquire about the missing credit until now that I have finished.
Could this please be refunded on my account?
