I have two clashed lectures this semester so every week I am forced to watch 4 hours online, preferably at home. Unfortunately my internet is garbage and the only setting I can stream has so low video quality I cannot read what my lecturer writes. In the past I would download lectures overnight and watch the next day. However I cannot seem to find a way to download the lectures now, has the feature been removed?
Re: download lectures
Thanks for your question. As it is specific to a particular course, I'd recommend calling ITS directly as they will be able to look at your course set up and see what is happening with your lecture recordings.
It may be something as simple as an option that hasn't been ticked but it would be best if you speak to ITS directly and they can look into this for you.
