Changing to IT program

I am currently enrolled in Bachelor in Computer Science. I find this course is heavy for me, and I find those courses in IT more relavant and doable to my ability. I am thinking of changing the program, though I am worried that first week has almost gone and is it too late to switch program in the semester? Anyone has any idea what steps I have to do?
