Re: How to unallocate a course?
Hi misalameh, you can find the answers here: https://rmit.service-now.com/connect/?id=kb_category&kb_category=53072b1adbb8b68041c6f4e9bf961997
The only way to unallocate is to allocate another activity by choosing a different time. If you're having problems with this, best to log an enquiry via the RMIT Connect portal at https://rmit.service-now.com/connect/. You can also call them from 8am on 9925 5000 if you need immediate assistance.

Re: How to unallocate a course?
HI @misalameh
If there is only one option, then you cannot unallocate. You will need to drop your enrolment of that course or you will need to contact RMIT Connect. I suggest you log an enquiry via the RMIT Connect portal at https://rmit.service-now.com/connect/ or call them on 9925 5000 if you need immediate assistance.
