Medibank card

 On registration day for international students, and the instruction says we will receive the membership number via our student email which we can use to activate our medibank account and apply for the card online. Now almost two weeks past, but i have not received any email stating my membership number. When will I receive the medibank private membership number via student email after registration day?

I don't think any of my friends revived that email.
We all went to Medibank on our own to activate the card.
