Hi, last time you give me a chance to change the detail of my passport number, which is different with the previous one. I missed it because I didn't check the email on time. Could you please reopen it for me? Thank you very much.

Hi Qianfang, 
if you're able to, by far the best option for you is to bring in the new passport itself into RMIT Connect so that we can change the number for you in person. If this is not an option, I suggest logging a service request through the online student services portal.
