All RMIT applications will be unavailable to staff and students from both on and off campus.

 

Interruption to services due to firewall maintenance: 8-9 October (CR30330) & 15-16 October (CR30331)

 

To improve ongoing performance, ITS is upgrading the firewall infrastructure. It's designed to minimise security threats and means you'll enjoy a faster, more reliable experience.

 

In order for this to occur, all RMIT applications will be unavailable to staff and students from both on and off campus during the following period:

  • 5.30pm Saturday 8 October - 7.30am Sunday 9 September

 

This includes myRMIT, SAMS (Enrolment Online), ESS and ECC (SAP) and the Central Authentication System (CAS).

 

Will this include myDesktop and Library related applications as well? I presume will be YES, but just need a clear clarification for all staff and student.
