I am in need of a new student card, as mine has expired, I try to upload a picture to request a new one, it states my photo is already on the database..how do I overcome this?

You're completely correct, your photo IS already on our database. What you need to do is bring the old one in to RMIT Connect and we'll issue you a replacement, you'll get to look young forever.
