You can use the macro feature to create email templates, when creating a post or private message you will have the option to select from your pre-made email templates (macros), rather than having to type out messages over and over, you can select which email template you would like to use. See below:
To add your signature, you need to go to settings > personal profile > personal information> signature.
Once you have finished, you will need to click save changes.
