Using File Upload on a Google Form?

I'd like to use the file upload feature on google forms. When I select this option when creating a form I receive an error dialogue saying that it failed to create the file upload question and to try again later. Funnily enough trying again later doesn't make any difference. Any advice?

Hi @AdrianMiles

I am trying to replicate this error that you are receiving, to further assist. Can you please provide a screen shot of the error and where you are tying to do the file upload within the form?

Were you on campus trying to do this and logged into your RMIT account ?

Happy Posting!!!

hi

thanks for the quick reply. From home and on campus. Is a brief popup error (I'm thinking that by default staff have this turned off somewhere?)

Re: Using File Upload on a Google Form?

Solved. The form is in a folder that I have full access privileges to but is not owned by me. I can create the file upload item in a Google form without problems if I place the form in my home Google Drive folder.
