The default calendar appearance

 

Your Outlook 2016 Calendar will look similar to this:

and your Windows status bar date/time looks like this (eg. for Melbourne)

Setting up a second timezone

 

1. In Outlook 2016, click File > Options

2. Click Calendar and scroll down to Time zones

3. Tick the box for Show a second time zone, type a label name, and select a time zone.

4. Click OK

 

5. The calendar will now display a second time zone to the left of the first.

6. To swap the time zones and make the second one the primary, right click on the calendar's time column and click Change Time Zone...

7. This displays the Calendar settings options.  Click Swap Time Zones

8. The primary and secondary time zones will be swapped in the settings box.  Click OK

9. The primary and secondary time zones will be swapped in the time column.

and the date/time in the Windows status bar is also swapped, eg. for Texas
