Creating a Public Link to Lecture Captures

These steps describe how to create a public link for your Echo recordings. The link works in a similar fashion to the previous EchoCenter link from EchoSystem. It can be pasted or emailed to anyone and they will be able to access your set of captures.

1. Log in to Echo360 using your RMIT login
2. Use the Dashboard page or the Courses menu to find the course you’d like to publish
3. Select the course or click the ALL CLASSES button 

4. Click the Settings menu, then Access Links

5. Click the ADD PUBLIC LINK button

6. Select Student role and Public permissions. A link will automatically be created.

   

7. Copy the link by clicking in the link text box.

8. This link can be pasted in Canvas in any of the rich text editors or emailed.
