We’re continually increasing our IT security practices across RMIT to ensure that your information technology remains safe and secure against hackers and cybercriminals.
Seen something that doesn’t look quite right? Suspicious system behaviour, a failure on your machine or a virus on your laptop?
Here’s where you can help. We’ve created a new information security incident process, which encourages staff and students to be on guard against information security incidents.
We have system monitoring in place to catch these types of incidents, but you can assist us to contain and stop a potential wide-spread issue by remaining vigilant and on the lookout.
If you see something that looks like it could be a security incident, let us know by completing the myTechSupport form.
Visit the Security web page for tips and tricks on what to look out for and how to be vigilant with IT security.
