Locate your google Tasks
1. In Gmail, click Mail and then click Tasks.
2. Your tasks from your default List will be displayed in the bottom left corner.
If you have created multiple lists, you can switch between them by clicking the bullet list icon, ie. the
right of the discard (trash) icon.
For any lists you wish to use in Outlook, you will need to manually recreate them in Outlook.
You can use use Snipping Tool or another screen capture tool to save task details, or simply switch
screens between gmail Tasks and Outlook.
Creating tasks in Outlook
1. Click New Items > Task
2.Enter the details of your task, referring to any details from your Google tasks.
Creating tasks in OWA
1. Click the Tasks tile
1. Click My Tasks > Tasks
2. Click + New to creete a new task.
3. Enter the details of your task, referring to any details from your Google tasks.
