Starting Office 2016 for the first time
1. Click Windows Start and type outlook in the Search box and then press the Enter key.
2. Outlook 2016 will start and the splash screen will be displayed.
3. Outlook will attempt to connect to Office 365. Click Connect
4. Click Next >
5. Click Next >
6. Click Next >
7. Outlook will take a moment to search for mail settings.
8. Enter the password for your email account.
9. Enter the password for your email account, and tick the box for Remember my credentials
10. Click Finish
11. The Outlook splash screen will be displayed.
12. The Outlook email page will be displayed by default. Click Close in the What's New pop-up box.
13. Click Accept to accept the Microsoft license agreement.
14. Outlook 2016 is now ready for you to use.
