With the implementation of the new lecture capture system Echo360, ITS is decommissioning the old EchoSystem. All recordings can now be accessed through the new Echo360 administration centre at www.echo360.org.au
These steps describe how to create a public link for your Echo recordings. The link works in a similar fashion to the previous EchoCenter link from EchoSystem. It can be pasted or emailed to anyone and they will be able to access your set of captures.
RMIT University now offers a personalised email address for students. This new option allows you to set up an email address using your name as an alias for sending and receiving emails, in addition to your student number. Your email will continue to be accessed in the same inbox and you will still receive emails sent to your s-number address.
Please note you must continue to use your s-number to log into your email account and access other RMIT services.
When composing emails in Outlook 2016, if the recipient is an internal staff member, the recipient's name (Firstname Lastname) and not their email address is shown in the To:, Cc:, and Bcc: lines. This guide show how to check the recipient's email address.
