How long will it take to confirm graduation status and receive letter of completion

Hi there,

I have applied to graduate since 9th of July - the official results release date. I was told that it would require 5 to 10 business days to be marked as "complete" in database. However, it has been 17 business days (3 weeks) and I have yet received any confirmation or notification about my graduation status from RMIT. I have logged an enquiry to RMIT connect services and emailed my program manager but to no avail. 

So, could any administrative people at RMIT please clarify the exact period of time to confirm graduation status?

Usually students are marked off within 2 weeks after their results have been released. However some schools may take a bit longer to complete the process.
