I think you need to contact Student Admin to check/confirm whether you are actually enrolled into the particular class (Ph. 03 9925 5000). If the Admin part is all clear than it is likely that there is some tech issue that either you or your teacher is experiencing which ITS may be able to help. Additionally, I recommend you email your program coordinator too.
