Hope you are well . I contacted RMIT connect 6 days,  in regards to a deactivate account and no email  ,as I have completed a  tafe course , but now I want to enrol into a new course that I have been accepted into for  be next year . However I have not received a response I am worried I will not be able to enrol by the 19th December 2019 . I contacted IT that said the account should have been activated in 24-48 hours but it been 6 days , could someone please fix this enrolment closes 19 December, 2019. Thank you sarah
