IUSEPASS

Yesterday Midday I received the email to tell me my IUSEPASS code and I registered my student account in the evening. However I was told that my unique code is retired. I don't know what is happened. Please tell me what should I do. Thanks.

You can go on the Victoria Public Transport website and view the help page for IUSEpass, there is also an option at the bottom of the page to email IUSEpass team or the number provided on the page: 1800 800 007 6am - midnight (all night Friday & Saturday)
