iUSEPass code enquiry problem
Hi, I'm here to ask for clarification regarding the iUSEPass code enquiry for international students. I'm an international student studying at RMIT and I've already requested an iUSEPass code from RMIT Connect by submitting a form to the enquiry section according to the given instructions. However, I've already waited for more than a week hoping to get a response from RMIT Connect but there has been no update since the day I submitted my form, in which my enquiry status still remains as 'ready' until today. Whereas according to the instructions, the submission should've been assessed in 5 working days starting from the day I submitted the form. Can someone please assure me that I will definitely get a response from RMIT Connect concerning my iUSEPass code enquiry?
