wireless access for visitors

Hi, I have a consultant visiting the campus for a week. They need access to the wireless network for internet access at a minimum. How do I get them access if they don't have eduroam. Thanks, Ben

Thanks for posting!

You can contact the Service and Support Centre and request a guest account for temporary use.
Online: https://mytechsupport.rmit.edu.au/
Phone: +61 3 9925 8888 (ext 58888)

The following info will be required to set up the account:

- Your contact details (Staff ID, contact email/number - the call requesting the account creation will be logged in your details)
- Your guest's contact details (Name, email/contact number)
- A specific time period for the guest access (Start: XX/XX/201X - XX/XX/201X)
