After spending a long time configuring FreeBSD 11 on my laptop I have found that I am unable to connect to the RMIT wifi network with my laptop. I have no trouble connecting to non enterprise WPA wifi connections. I have been using a GUI program called wifi networks manager to connect to access points as the configuration files look confusing (especially as I don't know much about wifi and all the authentication protocols and stuff) I also found another GUI program called wpa_gui. However I was not able to connect to the RMIT network with these programs and neither were the people at ITS. The last person I talked to said that there needed to be two ways of authenticating and the first way needs to be AES and the programs are only displaying the individual routers whitch apparently I cannot connect to directly. I think that's roughly what he said anyway. If anyone has any advise or a verified solution it would be much appreciated

I have been trying to find dates for when I can access my lecture material for semester two. My course on canvas and on my courses tab is still showing as future enrollments and I can't access the course material. Will this correct itself before week 1?
I have looked through the rmit website and haven't found a solution or a date for when the course will stop being listed as a future enrollment . Any help would be great, thanks.
Why is that so? How am I suppose to fix it?
I'm re-doing a subject this semester but I dont know where to find the day, time and room for that class

I apologise for the delay, I did some digging for you and It seems that the particular service is provided by your school.
Assuming you are enroled into a program that is provided by the School of Architecture and Design, the process in applying for such a license is outlined in a private site for students enrolled in their programs (LINK). If you don't have access to the site already you will need to request one.
For any more details on this you will need to contact your school directly.
Hope that helps!
this semester I couldn't be able to connect RMIT WIFI. I tried yesterday (17.07.17) and today as well. Same problem persists.
FYI, I changed my RMIT login password as it was about to expire in 28 days. I found everybody was able to connect WIFI at the class room.
Due to wifi problem, I couldn't start my class activity yesterday and today.
So, please help me in getting the solution.
