this semester I couldn't be able to connect RMIT WIFI. I tried yesterday (17.07.17) and today as well. Same problem persists.
FYI, I changed my RMIT login password as it was about to expire in 28 days. I found everybody was able to connect WIFI at the class room.
Due to wifi problem, I couldn't start my class activity yesterday and today.
So, please help me in getting the solution.

I apologise for the delay, I did some digging for you and It seems that the particular service is provided by your school.
Assuming you are enroled into a program that is provided by the School of Architecture and Design, the process in applying for such a license is outlined in a private site for students enrolled in their programs (LINK). If you don't have access to the site already you will need to request one.
For any more details on this you will need to contact your school directly.

I'd like to use the file upload feature on google forms. When I select this option when creating a form I receive an error dialogue saying that it failed to create the file upload question and to try again later. Funnily enough trying again later doesn't make any difference. Any advice?

Solved. The form is in a folder that I have full access privileges to but is not owned by me. I can create the file upload item in a Google form without problems if I place the form in my home Google Drive folder.
We are currently experiencing an issue affecting a range of services including the following:
- Shared Drives (eg. H:\ I:\ etc)
- Telephone support centres (IT Support, RMIT Connect etc)
- Ability to login to some lab computers
- Research Master
ITS are working to resolve this issues ASAP, more updates to follow.
UPDATE as of 4pm. All systems listed above have now been confirmed as up and running.
