Have been happening in few days since I wanted to open RHINO on last Wednesday but this window just came up. I need to open this app because I need to do my assignment. Not many computers have this app, which is so bad and sometimes I also prefer to work on my own laptop since the computer labs are always full in the afternoon. Yesterday I went to building 8 and all the computers were used as well as building 100's. Any suggestion to fix this? Please help, need it ASAP. Final is due next week!

Hi @AClarissa,
I checked the back end logs and it indicates it could be a client issue.
Please try the following.
- Install the newest version of the Citrix Receiver for your device via, https://www.citrix.com/go/receiver.html
- Clear your browsing data, http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
- Access myDesktop again and try running the application
If this fails try running the RMIT Desktop from the Desktops tab and then accessing the application.
