Issues with Citrix Receiver
I am trying to setup Citrix Receiver on my Macbook running MAC OSX 10.11.6.
I have downloaded and installed the Citrix Receiver, but when I try and login I get the following error:
"Citrix Cannot Log on"
Citrix Receiver cannot connect to the server. Check your network connection
I am sending this email over a working network connection so its not a problem with my network settings. These are the settings being put automatically into Citrix Receiver:
Server URL: https://storefront-v25-prd.rmit.edu.au/Citrix/Store/discovery
Descrioption: RMITStore
Default Gateway: RMIT External NPK
Gateway URL: https://mydesktop.rmit.edu.au
And when I go to "MyDesktop" and click Activate, I get the error:
Cannot add account, Please contact your help desk with the following information: This is a self signed certificate. Subject %s
It shouldnt be this hard!!!!

Thanks for posting.
Can you please advise whether you receive any errors when trying to access myDesktop via the direct url link within your browser:
mydesktop.rmit.edu.au
You will be prompted to log in with your student number and myRMIT password. Please advise if you have any issues when trying to launch the desktop or accessing any of the apps.
Let us know how you go and we can provide further support if need be

Yes it works fine in my browser, but would prefer to use the dedicated Citrix app if possible?

I tried myDesktop in full receiver mode just before and it worked ok. If you are still affected by this issue please get in touch with the Service and Support Centre.
