My Desktop is not working. Help!

Hi there, I signed in from the My Desktop page and sign in. The Citrix Workspace opens and I click 'Detect Workspace" and it says 

Just a moment, we're detecting if Citrix Workspace is already installed.

If Citrix Workspace is detected, you will see a window in a few seconds. Please choose Launch Application.

 
Then nothing happens. I've tried about 4 times. Can you look into this issue please?
