Thanks for posting!
The steps above relate to accessing MyDesktop on laptop/desktop browsers (eg: Windows or Mac OS devices).
As Android and iOS devices are primarily mobile devices, they will work slightly differently. You will need to download the Citrix app for your device to run MyDesktop apps, as per the guide below:

The file being downloaded each time will be a .ica file, which will require the Citrix app to run.

Thanks Ahutcho, i did see this link in the thread and followed it. However i come across a connection error. My wifi is all fine, so I know there is a connection, i wondering if there are other advanced settings like domain or proxy settings. Any thoughts?
