NVIVO license
Hi, I have been using NVIVO from my Desktop and received a notice tonight that I have 30 days left on the license. can I check do I now need to take out a personal subscription?

Thanks for your message. The license for NVIVO in myDesktop will be updated before the expiry date so will able to continue the application as you are now.

Hi there,
I checked some weeks ago about my NVIVO license and I was told it would be updated as per Greg's message. However, I now can't launch NVIVO and it says my license has expired. My PhD mid term submission is due soon and can't retrieve my data.
I have logged it as an issue a few days ago but not have not heard back. It would be great to have it up and running again asap.
