New mydesktop interface

Hi,

Late last week my mydesktop interface changed and i can no longer access apps or my remote deskop. The attached screen appears when I log in, but nothing opens when I click on it.

I desperately need to be able to access my desktop and Revit through Citrix for my course. I am unable to install directly onto my personal computer as I have a mac and Revit only runs on PC. 

Any idea why it's not opening?
