Problems with Mydesktop & Creative Cloud applications

Is anyone else finding Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator very difficult to use within Mydesktop?

What sort of issues are you experiencing with Creative Cloud via myDesktop?

 

eg. crashing, slow, error messages?

Also, are you using the light version or the full (citrix receiver) version of myDesktop and are you using this on campus at RMIT or elsewhere? - This information will help IT to identify the root cause of the problem - the more info, the better!

I have the Citrix version of myDesktop

 

I am using a Mac

 

Cant copy and paste from browsers, I cant drag and drop.

 

my Desktop doesnt use same keyboard commands as Mac, can this please be addressed with a troubleshooting guide

 

My desktop crashes and times out constantly

 

In classrooms we now have students using a variety of versions of systems/software..PC with  Adobe CC, Mac with Adobe CC, PC on Mydesktop, Mac on Mydesktop..so now theres 4 scenarios where as previous it was quite simple. Mac or PC.
