Solution for 'Bad Request' error
If you're having trouble accessing MyDesktop and are receiving an error message - '404 Bad Request'.
Try clearing all cookies and cache data.
If you're using google chrome this can be done by:
- Navigate to the three dots next to the account icon, then 'moore tools' and finally 'clear browsing data'. Confirm by pressing the clear data button and attempt to access the Mydesktop screen again.
