myDesktop not working
I am having trouble using myDesktop. Everytime I try to login to use myDesktop, there is a message that constantly says to contact my service provider as 'initialising has failed'. What does that mean and how can it be fixed?

Were you using the full version of Citrix Receiver? Do you know which version of Citrix Receiver you have? A few things you can try:
- Switch to the light version of Citrix Receiver: log in myDesktop > Click your name in the top right corner > Change Receiver > Use light version
- Update Citrix Receiver on your computer to the latest version.
