myDesktop won't run full version/I can't access file explorer
I've followed the instructions for using myDesktop on my macbook. I downloaded the Citrix receiver, selected 'use full version' in myDesktop and opened the file that is downloaded when I click on RMIT Desktop in myDesktop.
However, I don't get the full menu options at the top and cannot find any file explorer program. Could someone please tell me if I'm doing something wrong? I'd really like to print files from my laptop.
