citrix receiver not working

HI,

 

I would launch my Citrix workspace and it will log in automatically however when I launch an application or my desktop, they will inform me about my user and password both being incorrect. 

which is very strange because I haven't changed my password at all. please help!!

 

I have tried the following method 

 

1. Reinstall the Citrix workspace 

2. Logging out and in 

3. Deleting my account and adding it back 

4. Down the store configuration to add my account into my Citrix workspace 

5. Try using the web version
